I got almost ready changes for SMS sending. It changes libsms so
data->RawData is not sed anymore. Before commiting I want to ensure it
wotks with 6110/6210/6310 drivers. Already tested with 6210. I hope to do
the rest of the tests tonight. It will definitely break AT/fake/others.

No changes will be needed in the app code.
