yes. i noticed this in the cvs version (>0.4.3)

# gnokii --setlogo startup ./startup-logo.mine
GNOKII Version 0.4.3
Error setting startup logo - SIM card and PIN is required
i: 176, 7c fc

xgnokii on getlogo gets the logo but when selecting setlogo, it doesn't
appear to do anything (would imagine normal debug output is sent to
/dev/null)
