Hallo!
I'm trying to send an mms notification message for an mms stored in
212.110.12.187/mms1.mms
I used nowsms + nokia 5110 + nokia data suite to do this and everything went ok. Now I'm trying with linux + gnokii, but I can't format the mms notification in the right way.
I read the thread of Blake and others, and I tried to do this binary message

1d 06 22 61 70 70 6c 69 63 61 74 69 6f 6e 2f 76 .."application/v

6d 6d 73 31 2e 6d 6d 73 00 mms1.mms.

(hope this is formatted fine....)
the problem is thet the target mobile gets a plain sms with
..application/vnd.wap.mms-message
inside.
I use
gnokii --sendsms +39xxxxxxxxxx <filename.hex

to send sms, and I hoped that gnokii send sms correctly, but I think I must specify binary message or something like that.

Questions is:
Is there a way to use gnokii with binary message / mms notification?
thanks
Cits
