gnokii 0.5.0pre8

Hi,

There's another (one of the latest I hope) pre release of gnokii 0.5.0.
The clue of this release is the Bluetooth support. AT driver should work
with no problems. nk7110 driver works at the moment only over tty
interface. nk6510 driver does not work at the moment.

To use socket interface use the following setting in the .gnokiirc:
port = /dev/rfcomm0
connection = bluetooth
[bluetooth]
rfcomm_cn = 3
bt_address = 11:22:33:44:55:66

Replace rfcomm_cn nad bt_address with the values specific to your phone

To use tty interface use the following settigs in the .gnokirc:
port = /dev/rfcomm0
connection = bluetooth
[bluetooth]
# nothing here
and use the rfcomm utility:
rfcomm bind /dev/ircomm0 <bt_address> <rfcomm_cn>

where bt_address and rfcomm_cn are equivalents of the config options
above.

Other things that took place are cleanups in the nk3110 driver, win32
updates and fixes for the compilation with C++ compiler.
