"Send as Long SMS" problems

Hi all,

I am running gnokii 0.6.7 using xgnokii 20040720 connecting to my nokia 
6310i via bluetooth (rfcomm).

Almost everything seems to work well but if I send an sms that is over 
160 chars (ie it shows that it must go as 2 smses) it won't send if I 
check the "Send as Long SMS" box. It fails saying: "SMS send to <mobile 
number> failed (error=1)"

When running xgnokii from console the following shows up:

identifier `gtk-alternative-button-order', expected keyword - e.g. `style'
Event 11 failed with return code 18!
Event 13 failed with return code 1!

The "Event 13" shows up right after I get the error message afterwhich I 
close xgnokii.

If I uncheck "Send as Long SMS" then the sms goes through but is 
received as two different smses instead of one joined message (which can 
be annoying for the receiver).

I haven't found much on Google about this either unfortunately :(
