Port :0x180 failed(Device not found)

hi all.

i m using linux fedora core 4 .i m trying to install linradio-toolkit-0.7(pci card (downloaded the tar file from www.winradio.com)) but unable to detect the device .
i did make and install successfully but while test for device it is showing the following errors.

$ make -C driver test

can any one plz help to solve this problem ?
is this the problem with port address? do i need to change address ?
how to get the port address (pci card) from linux command?

plz help to solve the problem.
