locale tells me this:

LANG=""
LC_CTYPE="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_COLLATE="C"
LC_TIME="C"
LC_NUMERIC="C"
LC_MONETARY="C"
LC_MESSAGES="sv"
LC_ALL=""

I tried setting LC_ALL and LANG to "en_US.UTF-8", but I got the same
result.
