extended phonebook support

Hi,

I have added extended phonebook support to gnokii to CVS.  This is
based on what Nokia 6136 supports. It doesn't work yet quite though.
To be more specific: gnokii cannot write back first and last name,
address details and birthday work. This is on my todo list and will be
fixed in the next release. For now, please test the regression of the
change. It seems to work, although I did very limited testing. The
changes were not made to xgnokii.
