I'm new and i would like to know how to install, configure, and use gnokii with nokia 6100 and cable DKU-5 under windows XP.
I know that i have to:
1.- Download the latest version of gnokii. Read README file and READMEWIN32.
2.- Compile the latest version 0.6.16 of gnokii Win32 with MSVS C++ 2005 Express (for example). 3.- Configure gnokiirc that i supose there is at %HOMEDRIVE%\%HOMEPATH%\_gnokiirc or %SYSTEMROOT%\gnokiirc after compile? How may be the configuration with cable DKU-5 that have a virtual com3 port:
port = com3: model = 6510 connection = ??
4.- Finnally i suppose that i execute gnokii.exe and i write de command to send sms. How is the command? Example? In witch document are explained the different commands (user guide)?
5.- If is not to abuse and example to receive a sms?
