No problem there. As I wrote earlier: ff you manage to get your MMSC 
running, it will be easy to build such protocol with HTTP, SOAP, <insert 
your favorite RPC-protocol here> to deliver a MMS over a 
GPRS-connection. Having a working MMSC is the hard part.
