Gnokii-Beginner needs help

Hallo,

I don't get gnokki working.

System is Windows XP - i installed a bluethooth connection (per usb-dongle) bevor with a simple bluetooth connection tool.

Mygnokiirc-file (in c:\Windows):

The Error Message is:
