Fixes to avoid locking up 6131 phone and send more useful data

I've been hacking on gnokii in conjunction with the gnokii-sync plugin from
opensync to get useful information transferred from evolution to my nokia
6131 phone. I've made several patches to avoid locking up the phone, and to
transfer additional data for both contacts and calendar entries.
