Hi,

New gnokii release is out. It's a bit later than I expected but here
it is. This time we have really good bunch of fixes an enhancements.
Most important features are:

- fixes of incoming sms and call notification handling -- this was
driven mostly by Bastien Nocera

- updates to extended phonebook handling -- now you should be able to
read most of the phonebook entries attributes from modern series40
phones -- this is from Keith Packard's patches

- support for multipart SMSes in SMSD -- for now just for MySQL
backend -- this work was done by Alain Degreffe

Many many thanks to Bastien, Keith and Alain for their job!
