There was a bug in Windows-build which was not discovered via our 
non-existing regression tests.

Feel free to download a nightly build from 
http://opensource.contentbakery.fi/gnokii/Win32/
They work. I just downloaded the latest, unzipped it, got a sample 
gnokiirc from 0.6.25, edited it to match my configuration. Line endings 
won't affect MS runtime libraries convert everything to 0x0A like Linux 
would have.

Sample output 1 (exact version is 0.6.25-20080527CVS):
