At the time of writing this it seems to be down. Based on previous experience it will be up eventually. This is an open-source project, so things break from time to time. Unfortunately, the wiki server is not anywhere near 99.999% (or even 98%) reachability.
Based on the IP-addresses location (Warsaw, Poland) it may be administered by Pawel, the project leader.
