Nokia 5130c-2 writecalendar overwrites notes

Hello  :-)

This could be a phone problem rather than a gnokii problem but could be
caused by the phone not completing calendar note writes before gnokii asks
for the next free position -- in which case it may be possible to fix by
gnokii pausing between writing a note and requesting the next free position.

Trying to write an Orage export file to a Nokia 5130c-2 with an empty
calendar using this command: 

gnokii --writecalendarnote /home/c/orage_export.ics 1 end

the notes were written to only two or three locations, thus overwriting all
but two or three of the notes.  This information came from gnokii output and
was confirmed by getcalendarnote.  I cannot see any pattern to when it
switched from one location to the next; for three runs using the same input
file:

1. Used two locations; switched at 34% of the way through.
2. Used two locations; switched at 61%.
3. Used three locations; switched at 9% and 82%.

Although the phone had an empty calendar (by Calendar -> Options -> Delete
notes -> All notes), in subsequent runs the phone told gnokii that the last
used position was free.  Power cycling the phone between writecalendarnote
runs did not change this behaviour.

The phone has the latest firmware (07.97 13-09-10) and the battery was fully
charged.  Testing with the battery charging produced the same result.
