[Gnoppix-user] Need cheat codes for English keyboard and console boot

What boot cheat codes will give me:

1) an English language keyboard (including in the console)?

credativ lang=us keyboard=us xkeyboard=us (or the same thing with commas
between the parameters)

gives me the English interface but the keyboard is still German.

and 

2) boot into console only ('credativ 2' like in knoppix doesn't do it)

I'm using the latest Beta.
