[Gnu-arch-users] post-commit email scripts

I've gotten pretty used to the server-side post-commit hooks for CVS and
subversion for sending group commit emails.  Is there anything analogous
to this for arch?  I know there are per-user hooks in
~/.arch_params/hook, but I couldn't find any documentation for a shared
hook on the server.
