[Gnu-arch-users] log template

Hi,

I've implemented a log template in
~/.arch-params/=log-template

I made it so tla complains if the template doesn't have a "Summary:"
header and generally all works fine.

The template is not used for commit when a message/summary is specified
on the command line, but it is used for make-log and for commit when you
do not specify any message or summary (ie, $EDITOR is invoked).

Would there be any interest in merging something like this?
