[Gnu-arch-users] tla archive-fixup doesn't entirely work

I forgot to use the --listing argument when I made my new archive, so I
copied in an =meta-info/http-blows file, and did `tla archive-fixup ARCHIVE'.

It seemed to create all the .listing files, but under the  wrong names!
They were all called something like `,,upload-tmp-...'.  I guess there's a
rename missing somewhere ...

[this was using the `sftp'  backend, BTW]
