I've made a few small tweaks to pfs-ftp error handling.  They can be

tlasrc--local--1.2--patch-4
Adds the prefix "Error creating directory %s in path %s\n Server: " to 
sftp_decode_status() error messages produced by pfs_mkdir()

tlasrc--local--1.2--patch-5
Adds test for existing file, and "Error"..."File Exists" message

It should be possible to apply either revision independently of the other.

patch-1 and patch-2 contain my changes to errors when attempting to get 
non-existant revisions.
