[Gnu-arch-users] script to send changelog related to latest changeset log at an email address?

Hello,

Sorry to bother you once again, but, while tla is nice and provided with
lot of information, there is still a learning curve. :)


On savannah, there was once a CVS script to send an email about last
commit at a mailing-list.

I would like to do something similar with Arch.


More specifically, after a commit, I would like to do something like:

 send-tla-changelog demexp--development--0.1--patch-87

And the 'tla changelog' related to patch-87 would be sent to a mailing
list, determined from demexp--development--0.1 branch.

Before re-inventing the wheel, hasn't anybody made something similar?
