Hello,
I'm new to arch (i haven't finished reading the tutorial yet),
and i've tried to compile it on Debian 3.0 stable.
(yes, i know that debian has the arch package, but it's an older
version).
The configure script complaints about diff and diff3, saying that
they were not compatible with gnu-diff.
But... in the diff package's description it is written that it
*is* gnu-diff.
Do you have any idea about what could be wrong?
It it possible that upgrading the diff package would solve the
problem?
Thanks,
Adrian Maier
