[Gnu-arch-users] Add up/prev/next links to bottom of tutorial pages

Hi Tom or whoever maintains the tutorial,

it would ease reading the tutorial if the up/prev/next links
would also appear at the bottom of each page.  Then after
reading a section one just clicks on the visible next-link
instead of scrolling back to the top in order to find the
next-link.

The attached script will add them: addbottomlinks.csh *.html
