...even when the directory name matches one of the =tagline-rules entry.
As it is, I'm having this issue:
* adding `roff' tagline: apache/ant1.5.1
sh: line 1: apache/ant1.5.1: Is a directory
Presumably a "directories-first!" rule would make it DTRT. (BTW, is this
the appropriate forum to submit new =tagline-rules defaults?)
