I set up an {arch}ive on linux, then mirrored it to http archive on the
same server. then doing "tla get" does work. I dont know that should be
different...
I've added {revlibs} to the list of paths.
this means that if you do
mkdir .../{revlibs}
tla my-revision-library .../{revlibs}
this should be a cleaner approach to revlibs on tla-cygwin.
