Thats part of the "archive format 3 proposal".

I think instead of the ",,get...." junk tla should use a temporary
filename that is created via some internal hackerlab functions, maybe
providing a short description string. Then win32 hackerlab would use
something shorter. Thats not extraordinarily hard, but someone needs to
implement the necessary hackerlab logic (see win32 todo on the wiki)
