Hi,
I'm writing a test file for my previous automatic changelog bug fix,
and I'm wondering how to build a correct list of versions (from
category--branch--version) to test.
_My_ long list of version workings with the new code is:
(1.2.3.4 1.2.34 1.234 1234 12.3.4 123.4 1.23.4 12.34
1.2.3 1.23 123 12.3
1.2 12
1)
It's quite long, and some element are redundants
And the list of elements from the previous list working with the old
code is:
(1.234 123.4 12.34
1.23 12.3
1.2)
What is for you the smallest list of versions to test for
regression ?
I suggest (1 12 1.2 12.34.56)
(In fact it's also a test case for package name parser/validator
regressions, so I could add a lot of exotic versions).
Regards
