Right, so this is your 'Perl-GPL' archive that you failed to re-
register...

And you're trying to get archzoom from your 'Perl-GPL' archive, not your
'archzoom' archive...

And this reconfirms that the 'Perl-GPL' exists...

And you haven't registered your 'archzoom' archive.
Sounds like a case of mistaken archive identity.
