You can retrieve it with rsync: rsync -az \ rsync.kernel.org::pub/scm/linux/kernel/bkcvs/linux-2.5/Changeset,v . and search for the subject of your patch. You will see that only the first part from what the bkbits.net shows is available in this file. I also looked at the actual renamed files in the repository but couldn't find a rule (or maybe I didn't look deep enough). For deleted files the individual file log shows a "}" but the actual renames are just adds/deletes. Catalin
