Yes, I agree that the proposed help is not in a familiar style with the rest of the current on line help in tla.  It seems the information should be provided in a man page for tla.  I  was thinking of getting adding a man (or info) page based on the one available in Fedora and Debian tla packages but have not managed to get to it... any contribution on this would be great!

Pedro, can you send me the patch (or tell me of the archive location) anyway.  I may add it to the end of the output of the help command for now.

How about just adding a new command like "tla help-changesets" or
something, which outputs exactly that info...?  The "tla changes" help
output can then say something like "For a description of the changeset
summary output, use the command `tla help-changesets'" (and other
commands might say the same thing).
