RAT - Recipe Analysis Tool
Uses the US Dept. of Agriculture database of 5,000+ entries to calculate the total nutrients in a given recipe. Supports
both Imperial and metric weights. Calculates for a wide range of
nutrients, including trace minerals and amino acids. Recipes are
written as text files and then "compiled" to produce the nutrient
information; output is in LaTeX format. Can also calculate the
recommended daily intake for many nutrients.
