This version features the following changes:

-Nickolay Savchenko has contributed some C abbreviations by parsing
 glibc docs...these are available on the web page.  My personal
 msf-abbrev files now contain many of these as well for c-mode and
 c++-mode.  Most if not all of the C library functions should be
 there.

-now accepts all lowercase versions of all tags such as 'elisp',
 'comment', etc. for consistency.  These lowercase forms will be the
 recommended spellings from here on out, but uppercase versions are
 still supported.

-fixed a bug in multiple <choose>..</choose> entries in a single form
