wtf.el, version 1.2

This version of wtf.el contains the following enhancements over
version 1.1.

 - Mention a few more organizations, like FSF, EFF, and FFII.

 - If the definition has capitalized parts, don't try to capitalize
   the initials.  This allows terms like "GNU" and "UNIX" to be passed
   through without modification.

 - Explicitly capitalize organization names and definitions with
   apostrophes in the term list.
