thingatpt-utils_1.11, highlight-thing minor-mode

Hi all,

someone wanted to have a mode, where chars within
braces are highlighted, if point is there.

As "highlight-current-line.el" already knows how to do
that kind of work, I took some forms from there and
employed it to all available kind of things: words,
bracketed's , braced etc.

Maybe turn transient-mark-mode off, if it interfers.

For the moment, THING remains highlighted if the
cursor leaves, until a new THING, where the mode is
instrumented for, is found.
