company 0.2 -- extensible inline text completion mechanism

Yet another update for company, the modular in-buffer
completion mechanism.

This version adds support for etags, showing the definition of the
completed symbol and an iswitchb-like candidate search
(named company-filter-candidates).

It also includes a few fixes and improved support for elisp.

It should also appear on ELPA (http://tromey.com/elpa/) soon.
