company 0.4.2 -- extensible inline text completion mechanism

Company is a modular completion mechanism.

This version brings the following enhancements:
- Tooltips are re-positioned before being clipped.
- Improved MS Windows compatibility
- In CEDET Semantic . and -> now count towards minimum-prefix-length
