BBDB version 3.01

Some days ago, I tried to send the BBDB tar ball to the BBDB mailing
list. But it was too big, and the administrator has not responded.
So I am posting it here.

However, I suggest to have any discussions on this code via the BBDB
mailing list

BBDB is the Insidious Big Brother Database. It provides an address
book for email and snail mail addresses, phone numbers and the like.
It can be linked with various Emacs mail clients (Rmail, Gnus, VM).

This revised version of BBDB has been tested only with GNU Emacs 23.
Yet it might be not too difficult to adapt it to other recent
dialects of emacs. It is unlikely, though, that you can get this
code running with something like Emcas 18.

This code is under development.  It should work reliably, though.
