gnugo.el 2.3.1 available

Greetings earthlings,

Thanks to Juanma Barranquero, gnugo.el now byte-compiles
w/o warning for GNU Emacs.  Please find version 2.3.1 at:

 http://elpa.gnu.org/packages/gnugo.html

Nobody has stepped up to offer to maintain gnugo (et al),
so i'll leave:

 http://www.gnuvola.org/z.3MzFQeDd/

as is for the time being.  I suppose it takes time for
people to regain balance aftering peeking at the code.
Sigh, perhaps i'm simply suffering from parental blindness,
(among the other maladies and misunderstandings of min[de]).
