Done, and pushed. It should be published in a day or so.

Other issues that came up:

This code's copyright is assigned to FSF, right? Then the copyright notice at the top should reflect that (I've kept Free Software Foundation, Inc. mentioned there, just added the new years).

I've also discarded the hunk that changed the end of the copyright notice (Franklin st. versus gnu.org URL). Hope that's okay.

If it's not too much trouble, in the future please post the requests to update GNU ELPA to emacs-devel (or the bug tracker, via M-x report-emacs-bug).
