well, considering that Mozilla already looks like getting ~ 2/4 of the
users donations online (the other half to Wikipedia...) and all our
little foundations are drowning, it sounds pretty logical to me they
break this monopoly and "do good" for the sake of diversity.

Plus I've had very bad experience interacting with Mozilla,
considering we share quite some technology and i didn't even asked for
free beer: they have this autistical behaviour of non-collaborating
with developers "outside", which i guess also reflects on the quality
of what they produce - which has never been really high eh, ask Jamie
Zawinsky.. :)

oh no. i'm saying is ok to have incognito as default and then
optionally switch to "public" mode; i suspect if that would have been
the policy of Firefox earlier we would have much less problems in the
wild with all kinds of predators for people's privacy.

yep, sure not.

somehow Iron plays also on ambiguity between forking and branding.

cool :) would like to visit one day. greet Sister0 if she's there!

BTW we also get free beer[1] crates in our squat,
but it's brought in by bearded Fedora agents :)
and they still love us even if we use apt!!

[1] seen this? http://freebeer.fscons.org eheheh
