Can you expand on the reasons why you think they're not?

A lot of community sites and free software projects use CACert. I'd
like to hear from CACert assurers about the reasons behind not being
anymore in Debian.

Not everybody needs to buy their peace of mind from a bank, but yes,
everybody needs to have a safe user experience when it comes to SSL
certificates. I don't think punishing CACert for not complying to
corporate values makes it better for the users on the one hand, nor does
it make it better for the community in general on the other hand to
discard them. Or did I miss something?
