Combine is, for example, to make a CD containing Microsoft Office and,
say, the kernel Linux.

Derivate work would be, for instance, taking Linux and modifying in
order to support a particular piece of hardware.

Your claims against this are total crap since they have no basis
whatsoever, and respected lawyers worldwide have abided to these terms
normally not even letting it get to the judge level, since that would
make the case a lot worse for them.

Cut the BS, please.
