Ok, let's talk in "book" terms. I've NOT created "one book with every 
other line from different books". I've simply took a GNU licensed book, 
e.g. http://www.terekhov.de/downey03semaphores.pdf and wrote my own 
book with a lot of references [interactive links aside for a moment] 
to that GNU licensed book. And tar'ed them together. See the light?
