Who cares what dynamic linking requires? The question is about what
constitutes a derivative work and what exactly is being embedded
within that work to make it derivative. Under the dlopen() system
the only item embedded within the work in question are some symbol
names (strings), the name of the library file (another string) and
some numerical constants. Does copyright law cover such items?
