By now I am convinced you are intentionally trying to miscommunicate so
I will follow this thread no longer with you, any other than the
following finalizing words:

A is duplicated (the copy is named B). A has lost nothing. B is 100%
equal to A. So while you keep talking about the process of duplication,
you're still intentionally trying to make a point on a subject by
subverting the discussion into one other subject that is entirely
irrelevant.

Of course energy is spent. Of course temporary copies might be made, but
what matters is the original and the actual copy. Anything else is your
bullshit of an argument (because you have none at all to present).
That's the process, not the objective and achievement.
