You need to: - compile catdoc for your system (straight forward if you know how to compile a program, difficult if you don't know what a compiler is) - tell metamail to pipe .doc attachments through catdoc (should be described in the metamail documentation) - probably tell RMAIL about the above I haven't used RMAIL since ages (I use VM nowadays), so I'm afraid I can't be of no further help here...
