Repeating nonsense does not make it news.  Copyleft can't be barred
because it is a unilateral _permission_.  The recipient is, of course,
perfectly free not to make use of the permission.  No "barring" is
necessary for that.  What the recipient can't do is cherry-pick those
parts of the permission he happens to like.  It is
take-it-or-leave-it.
