Copyleft is not a permission, but also a concept of dealing with
software hoarding.  To some extent, clause 4 (the automatic
termination clause) is part of that concept, and it is very, very
likely invalid (despite a German court ruling in its favor).  That
doesn't do too much harm in practice, though.
