That's exactly it. Hell, we've seen important Microsoft developers and
execs jumping ship to join OSS companies...which is where the money is
moving and where the future of software development lies. They have to
import labor for this exact reason...only the desperate for jobs will work
for Microsoft, because everyone knows Microsoft is heading downhill. And
what work they do these days...hell, even Gates admitted that Microsoft
doesn't *really* innovate. Boring.
